It’s just a plastic watering can. Blue Pop-Hoppies however can spray fountains of water from the giant bulb on their backs, hence why the can is based on them.

The retopology made her about 15k triangles, so while that is low-poly for, say, the PS4 or PS5 eras of gaming, that was about the standard for the PS3 and Xbox 360 era. So, more "mid-poly" if you want to be technical. She would certainly make an N64, PlayStation One or SEGA Saturn explode from too many triangles, and that's before you get into the PBR textures I gave her!
