Well shit, i always get addicted to playing games, even spending so many hours on just several games than drawing.
Help me to lessen my gaming addiction and improve my drawing schedule T_T

try letting the games you play influence your art a little. that's what i do. just don't make late night doodles like me though
Well, it does influence on my art, but i do night art too
i used to have a gaming addiction, before quarantine... During quarantine i played games so many times that i got tired of them... I still don't really like playing games much but i'll play them occasionally if my brother asks
I never get tired of it, i like making things balance, like games at afternoon and evening, then drawing at morning and at nightime
I know how that feels sometimes. I had to assemble a spreadsheet of games i own. Hope you can sort yours out soon.
I already sorted out mine, but i think it's too much
relatable, dude.
my solution isn't something I'd recommend, but I'd say to just burn yourself out on video games until you get tired of playing them, then you'll want to draw more.

Replace your gaming addiction with a "One Piece" addiction, attempting to watch all 1,500 or so episodes of the anime within the next 6 months.
Just kidding. What worked for me is deleting all the games on my phone and replacing them with drawing apps. If I must constantly reach for my phone, I might as well chip away at a mobile Art Portal piece instead of playing an addictive gacha game. Maybe try that?
I can handle this, depends on my backapain of course

Unfortunately, I can relate a lot :(
