Elemental seems like one of those movie script ideas that would have easily been killed off before production started, just because the premise is inherently flawed (there's a good kindergarten-level science reason why water and fire can't "mate") and it's just not that interesting in general.
But that's just Disney in general these days, just coasting off the fact that studios like Pixar made good stuff IN THE PAST and many of us Americans in particular are still watching their new stuff in the hopes that MAYBE they'll make good movies again.
They did plan to add Amber's child, but they declined it for idk why

My sleep schedule was already like this since i was a kid, basically 2-5 hours of sleep
@Finasty I think it's because in a previous Pixar movie, Turning Red, people got mad that a kid-friendly Pixar movie mentioned that teenage girls have periods, so the idea of Ember and the water guy essentially having sex and then having a baby was to risky for a family movie like Elemental.
Remember that, unfortunately, Americans see animation as just for little kids, so stuff from American studios like Disney, Pixar, and Dreamworks can't have sex or violence or anything you wouldn't show to a 3-year-old.
I agreed, some people agree for them to have kids, but some didn't agree about it, if they really want to make a child animation, they should forbids adding LGBT and some stuff like that in their animations
@ZED100xd @Finasty I'm pretty sure Dreamworks mocked Disney from the very beginning. I'm pretty sure Dreamworks' Jeffrey Katzenburg was some disgruntled Disney employee that was like "I don't need you! I'll make my OWN animation studio and it will be WAY better than yours!"
And that's what he did.
Well, fun fact: Some DreamWorks employee was an Ex-employees from Disney
