A Question

Posted by Finasty - March 15th, 2023

This is a serious question, would you think my art is good enough to do a commission? You can take a look at my profile to see my art, and if it's good, how much the price will be according to you?

I need to know all of this

Dont worry, i still open a request

What kinda question is that? Of course your art is good enough to do commissions!

Thanks, i'll try my best to reopen

As a person who just saw you in this post, yes of course your art is good enough!

Thanks, i'll try my best to open the commission with the given information below

Based on what you have, you seem good enough for commissions.
Though there are a few factors for pricing (How much of a profit you want, how long it takes to finish a piece)
This commission guide should help you get started somewhat:
https://hickmandesign.co.uk/resources/art-pricing-calculator/

Dang, this information is hella good, i found that this website tells everything about and even there's a calculator for testing the commission

Thanks for giving me this

When it comes to commissions, of course! As for pricing, it's worth at least 90 USD so don't sweat it :)

Are you sure that's doesn't expensive?

@Finasty I'm not really familiar with the price of art but I've seen artists with similar quality sell for around that only

I have decided to do the prices much lower than that, i need to have one more art, so i can showcase it into commissions

@Finasty nice :)

@Finasty also I think you should be careful who you do commissions with or who you are selling to in general, had a guy talk to me about a guy who refused to pay up for his fanart. Shame that his fanart was actually awesome

I know about people refuse to pay, i can just put a very huge watermark if i want to show the WIP

@Finasty critical situations require critical thinking

Nyehehe, i do that bcoz some people got their art stolen and even put it in their samples for commissions too

@Finasty sad. Careful out there :)

I think its good enough.

Thanks, i'll try to open once this one request is finished
