As long as the work of making an illustration is fun and doesn't take too much of your time.
With animation, I will not accept a job unless they properly pay me, since animation takes months (even years) to make. But for making fun drawings with friends, giving it away for free is probably best.
It is fun, plus i can make my own small projects too with some if ya'll OC in it, maybe i should make a collaboration next time?
