@Lt-Abdelhak Thank you for your advice, even though I wasn’t even the one asking about it! It’s something a lot of us artists struggle with, and in my case, while my eyes are currently fine-ish, I tend to be most creative and do most of my drawing after dark, so it should be something I keep in mind myself.

I also face the same issue, maybe not as bad as you but close enough. What i do is draw over a tan or beige layer instead of the default transparent white background because its easy on the eyes and it reminds me a lot about drawing paper, it has benefits.
Also ive seen many use grey or dark grey as background for the same reason but for me its too dark and there is little contrast between your lines and background..
Anyways i suggest you to not use the anti radiation screen because it will mess up your ability to pick the right colors (you thought you picked orange but its white for example) so use tan or beige or maybe light grey as your background so you can draw without hurting your eyes ;)

But this screen is not on the phone, it's the protection screen that i change bcoz my old one is now rusted, bcoz of my eyes also hurt while staring at drawing too much, i choose to buy the anti radiation protection for phones
