I don't care too much, though I would imagine if I worked on an animation with other Newgrounds users, and it got Front-Paged in the Movie Portal and sat next to the likes of Sublo and Tangy Mustard, ENA and Spooky Month, that could drastically improve my chances of getting noticed and possibly hired by animation studios that happen to peruse Newgrounds. Otherwise, it's great if something I do happens to get Front-Paged, but if not, who cares.
Yeah, i agree, people are just fun with their stuff, no matter how hard they make, if there's at least some fans that feels like it, the person already happy without much noticing the animation/art to others
