1% is super low if you play games with gacha system
You need lots of trying and trying to get one, so yep, it's all luck but i count it as gacha rate up

1.5% chance is quite hard if you're playing gacha mobile games, i got my first frontpage on music, but not on art, and it's based on luck, the more you improving your art, the higher chance you will get a frontpage
And also you need NG worker (mods i think) like @Angrygreement said
To be fair. We shouldn't base all of artwork of the populairity. It's pretty easy to fall into since social media and funi dopamine rush. I've stopped chasing the frontpage a while ago.
